Polycam is available on iOS, Android, and web browsers.
Basic includes 3D model formats (OBJ, FBX, DAE, USDZ, STL, PLY) in addition to GLTF, which is available on every plan. Export formats available depend on the capture mode used.
Polycam stores all captures with industry-standard encryption, and they're never shared unless you publish or share them directly. Basic includes private link sharing, giving you control over who can view your content.
Your yearly subscription stays active until the renewal date. If you downgrade to Free, your captures are retained, but access is limited to Free plan features. We recommend exporting anything you need before changing your plan.
Basic includes email support and full access to Polycam's Learn hub, with help articles and guides.
