Enterprise Plan is designed for large organizations that require custom solutions. This plan offers everything in Business plus dedicated support, custom integrations, and organization-wide deployment options.
You can try either our Pro or Business plan free for 7 days. Trials are only available with annual subscriptions. During the trial, you'll have complete access to all the features of your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel, your paid subscription will start automatically when the trial ends. Our Enterprise plan doesn't offer a trial, but you can contact our sales team for a demo.
How to change your plan depends on where you originally subscribed:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. However, yearly subscriptions will remain active until the renewal date, as we do not offer prorated refunds.

Polycam prices are billed in USD. Your bank or credit card provider handles the currency conversion automatically. The exact amount will be calculated using the current exchange rate at purchase.
Invoice and wire transfer payments are available for Enterprise clients. All other subscriptions require payment by credit card. Please contact our sales team to learn more about Enterprise payment options.
No, Polycam is only available through subscription plans. We don't offer a one-time purchase option. Our subscription model allows us to improve the platform continuously, release new features, and provide regular updates to our users.
