You have three options when you reach your plan's capture limit:

• Delete existing captures to free up space
• Upgrade your plan for a higher capture limit

The core capture technology remains consistent across all subscription plans. However, paid plans offer advantages that can lead to better final results:

• Higher image limits (up to 1,000 images vs 150 on free plan)
• More images generally result in more detailed and accurate 3D models
• Particularly beneficial for larger objects or complex scenes

So while the base capture quality is the same, paid plans enable you to create potentially higher-quality models through increased image allowances.

Free trials are exclusively available with Basic or Business annual plans, where you can test the complete service for 7 days. During the trial, you'll have complete access to all the features of your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged. After your trial period, if you choose not to cancel, you will be automatically enrolled in an annual plan. Our Enterprise plan doesn't offer a trial, but you can contact our sales team for a demo.

How to change your plan depends on where you originally subscribed:

  • Must cancel current plan before switching
  • Changes take effect at next renewal date

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. However, yearly subscriptions will remain active until the renewal date, as we do not offer prorated refunds.
