According to Matterport’s own price list, any model containing scans made with a smartphone or a spherical camera loses the option to purchase the E57, BIM, or CAD file exports. So if your as-builts end in AutoCAD or Revit, you are pushed onto Pro camera hardware, which means a tripod repositioned through each unit and a camera to buy or hire.
